AIJobSafe provides two free, AI-powered tools:

• AI Job Risk Score: A personalized assessment estimating your job's exposure to AI displacement based on your role, industry, company size, and daily tasks.
• ATS Match Score: An ATS Match Score tool that scans your resume against a job description and shows you exactly how an applicant tracking system scores your application.

Both tools are provided free of charge, supported by advertising revenue.

3. AI-generated content

All analysis, scores, findings, and recommendations produced by our tools are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude model). This means:

• Results are estimates, not precise predictions
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information
• Results should be used as one input among many, not as definitive guidance
• The same inputs may produce slightly different outputs across sessions
• AI capabilities change over time, which may affect result quality

4. Not professional advice

AIJobSafe is an informational tool, not a professional service:

• Not career advice: Our risk scores and recommendations do not constitute professional career counseling or coaching
• Not legal advice: Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice regarding employment law or worker rights
• Not financial advice: Our tools do not provide financial or investment advice
• Not a guarantee: We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, job security, or the accuracy of our displacement risk assessments

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIJobSafe to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our tools or content at scale
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the tools for any purpose other than personal job search and career planning
• Overload our servers with excessive automated requests

6. Intellectual property

The AIJobSafe name, logo, design, and original site content are the property of AIJobSafe and its owner. The AI-generated analysis produced for your specific inputs is provided for your personal use. You may share your results but may not commercialize or resell them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIJobSafe and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our tools, including career decisions made based on our risk scores, job loss or failure to obtain employment, inaccurate AI-generated analysis, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed $0, as our tools are provided free of charge.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

AIJobSafe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Third-party services

Our tools use Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. By using our tools, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by Anthropic subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Anthropic's service availability, accuracy, or changes to their terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
